Why we harvest around delivery, not the other way around

Microgreens lose their snap if they wait. We sow with upcoming delivery days in mind, harvest close to packing, and keep the route short — apartment communities around Whitefield only. If your building is nearby and not on the list yet, send us a WhatsApp. We add communities when we can keep the same harvest-to-door rhythm.
